Machu Picchu Full-day trip by train
Get ready for an unforgettable day that begins early in the morning with pickup at your hotel in Cusco. A bus will take you to Ollantaytambo station for a beautiful two-hour train ride through the valley, ending in Aguas Calientes. From there, another bus will transport you to the top of the mountain, where an expert guide will be waiting to explore the magnificent citadel of Machu Picchu.

Itinerary
Day 1: From Cusco to Machu Picchu return to Cusco
Your adventure begins with departure from your hotel in Cusco between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., depending on your entry time to Machu Picchu. We will take you in a comfortable bus to the Ollantaytambo train station, where you will take a scenic 2-hour trip to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, you will board a bus that will take you along the winding road to the top of the mountain, revealing the impressive citadel of Machu Picchu. Our expert guide will accompany you on a 2-hour tour, immersing you in the fascinating history and mysteries of this ancient site. You will have time to enjoy the views and capture the majesty of the place.
After your exploration of Machu Picchu, you will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you can enjoy a well-deserved lunch. Later, you will board the train back to Ollantaytambo and, from there, you will be transported back to Cusco by bus. The return time to your hotel in Cusco will be in the evening, varying according to train availability, thus culminating an unforgettable day full of history and adventure.
