Your Cusco adventure starts the moment you land! We will pick you up from the airport or bus terminal to begin your cultural journey. Depending on your arrival time, you have two convenient options for the five-hour tour:
- Morning: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
- Afternoon: 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
This comprehensive tour covers the city’s essential highlights. You’ll explore magnificent nearby archaeological sites—Sacsayhuaman, Qenko, Puca Pucara, and Tambomachay—as well as the iconic city landmarks of Qoricancha (the Temple of the Sun) and Cristo Blanco. Once the tour is complete, we will ensure a convenient drop-off for you in the historic city center.
Day 2: From Cusco to the Sacred Valley and train to Aguas Calientes

Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pick-up between 6:00 and 6:30 a.m. We will kick off the day in Chinchero, where you will dive deep into rich Andean textile traditions. Next, prepare to be amazed by the enigmatic, concentric circles of Moray and the dazzling, surreal landscape of the Maras Salt Mines.
After a delicious buffet lunch in Urubamba, we will explore the magnificent Inca fortress of Ollantaytambo. As the day concludes, we will head to the Ollantaytambo station to board our train to Aguas Calientes, ready for a well-deserved overnight stay at the foot of Machu Picchu.
Day 3: Visit to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, return to Cusco

We will rise at 4 a.m. to catch the first buses up to Machu Picchu for its 6 a.m. opening. Our journey into the Inca past begins with a 2.5-hour guided tour, where we will fully immerse ourselves in the cultural history and explore the citadel’s most significant landmarks. After the tour concludes, the rest of the morning is yours: you will have ample free time to wander and discover the site at your own pace.
Once you’ve finished exploring, we will meet at the Sanctuary exit to take the bus back down to Aguas Calientes. From there, we’ll go straight to the train station to board our train to Ollantaytambo, followed by a comfortable bus transfer that will bring us back to Cusco.
Day 4: Free time in Cusco and Transfer to the Airport o Bus Station

After visiting one of the wonders of the world, Machu Picchu, we will have a free day in the city so that you can explore the popular markets, museums, and representative streets on your own.
